"Excellent company! I would definitely recommend buying your next truck/car from Cooks! They responded quickly over email and answered all my questions. I took a 5 hour drive to come check out the truck I was interested in. They are very welcoming and laid back. They let us test drive the truck and then take it for a preinspection, which took over 3 hours. They had no problems with us taking our time to decide if the truck was for us. One thing that made me write this review is that they are not pushy, like most of the dealerships you go to. These guys are honest, and like to keep things simple."

"Had the BEST car shopping experience with these fine gentlemen. They have wonderful customer service and are honest, straightforward, and genuine. We went to so many other car lots in Spokane (where we live) and decided to make to drive down to Lewiston and we are so glad we did! By far the best experience we had! No slimy salesmen, no misleading ads, just good quality cars and good quality customer service. They are a small locally-owned company that doesn't do commission on their sales - which makes it a lovely no-pressure zone. My new Subaru was priced right at book (which is almost impossible to find in Spokane) and it was clean and runs great.
